We offer a full line of records management services geared toward improving day-to-day office efficiency and freeing up valuable workspace. We store our client’s records in a professionally outfitted records center at literally cents per box. Files can be retrieved and delivered as quickly as three hours from time of request. In cases of non-urgency, delivery requests are always filled the next business day.

As part of the service, our clients are given free, unlimited access to their own web-based records inventory management system. Upon arrival to our records center, every box is bar-coded, uniquely identified and inputted into our records management database. This allows us to maintain full accountability of every box and file we are storing on your behalf. Our clients are then given a username and password to review their records in storage and utilize various management functions. Capabilities include: schedule pick-ups/deliveries, generate reports, view inventory, edit descriptions, view scanned images, key word search, etc.
